And if he's not talking about Stafford County taxes, or schools or residents.....then why is he talking here at all? Doesn't he have his own county to run? Why is the Chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors coming to Stafford County to speak to Stafford County residents on Stafford County taxes and other Stafford County things that affect Stafford County and Stafford County residents?
